Refund policy

Since these books are made-to-order, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply. However, if I haven't started working on your order yet and haven't incurred any costs on my end, you can contact me to cancel your order. 

I do not accept returns unless the item was damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately at mrsyoflam@gmail.com with all the details and pictures. 

If the package is lost during transportation, I will make sure to replace the item by sending you a new one.
