Refund policy

We do not accept returns unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at mrsyoflam@gmail.com with all the details and pictures. 

If the package is lost during transportation, we will make sure to replace the item by sending you a new one.
